SEBP (Sustainable Employee Benefits Platform for Responsible Companies and Consumers) is one of the innovative solutions selected in FOODITY’s Open Call 2, offering a data-driven approach to sustainable employee benefits. By providing a platform that combines sustainability metrics, transparent data, and digital management tools, SEBP allows employers to offer meaningful benefits that promote responsible consumption. This solution not only supports local producers but also empowers employees to make sustainable choices, bridging the gap between business practices and positive social and environmental impact.
SEBP enables responsible companies to offer sustainable products from local producers as benefits to their employees, thereby supporting sustainable producers and enhancing their CSR efforts. The service includes an online shop for employees, digital management of corporate gifts for employers, and automatic measurement of the well-being, ecological, and social impact of all transactions.
The platform integrates various data sources to provide comprehensive information about the sustainability of producers and their products, creating transparent and measurable sustainability metrics. By doing so, SEBP addresses key challenges in the food system, enhancing transparency, improving data sovereignty, and promoting sustainable consumption.
