The latest FOODITY newsletter highlights the innovators we have supported over the past three years. Through our Open Calls, 12 teams across Europe have developed digital solutions addressing real-world challenges in food, nutrition, sustainability, and personal data sovereignty. In this newsletter, we introduce all 12 FOODITY innovators selected through Open Call #1 and Open Call #2. Each project is presented with a brief overview of the challenge it addresses and the solution it developed, showing how data-driven innovation can empower citizens and support healthier, more sustainable food systems, as well as links to dedicated project pages with detailed information on their results, impact, and insights into how FOODITY technologies and components supported their work.

The newsletter also invites readers to download the FOODITY & DRG4FOOD Innovators Booklet, which brings together the full portfolio of 20 funded projects from FOODITY and our sister project, DRG4FOOD, along with their key outcomes.
